Orders and shipping
We currently ship domestically in the United States of America.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all U.S. orders placed through our website.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in like-new condition. We're unable to process returns or exchanges on products that show visible wear or damage.
How should I package my return?
Please ship your return with both the Veloci shoe box and the original shipping box included. Do not use the Veloci shoe box as the outer shipping box — returns without complete packaging may be subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
Including everything together helps us process your refund or exchange faster.
Shipping within the United States is free for all orders over $100. Shipping on all orders under $100 will cost $7.80 per product.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please check your tracking number first. If you need further assistance, reach out via our contact page.
We want every pair of Veloci shoes to arrive safely at your door. While we partner with trusted carriers, we know that occasionally packages get lost or damaged in transit.
If your tracking shows your package is lost, significantly delayed (more than 10 business days), or arrives damaged, please email us at support@velocirunning.com with your order number and photos of any damage. Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will send a replacement pair or issue a full refund.
Please report any shipping issues within 14 days of your expected delivery date so we can act quickly on your behalf.

We incorporate a 10mm heel drop, the difference between the resting height of your heel and forefoot, in our shoes to support Achilles tendon and calf comfort.
Yes, Veloci shoes have removable insoles that should work well to accommodate most custom orthotics.

The Ascent and Mesa lines are designed to be primarily used on roads, sidewalks, running trails, and soft non-technical surfaces.

Veloci shoes follow a unisex design. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Refer to men’s and women’s collections to find respective sizing information.
Use a soft cloth dampened with water and mild soap or detergent to remove any dirt. Air dry in an area not in direct sunlight. Do not machine wash or dry.
