Orders and shipping
We currently ship domestically in the United States of America and Canada. If interested in overseas orders, please reach out via our contact page.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery of unworn products purchased from our website, applicable only to US orders. Please ensure that all returns and exchanges are shipped in the designated shipping box that the Veloci shoe box was delivered in. The original shoe box should not be used as the shipping container.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
Shipping within the United States is free for all shoe orders! For overseas orders, please reach out via our contact page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

Veloci shoes follow a unisex design. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Refer to men’s and women’s collections to find respective sizing information.
Use a soft cloth dampened with water and mild soap or detergent to remove any dirt. Air dry in an area not in direct sunlight. Do not machine wash or dry.
