Men's Ascent

The Ascent has truly change my running journey. I started running 2 years ago and was constantly in pain after every workout until I realized I not only had wide feet but also collapsed arches in both feet. I have tried over 20 pairs of running shoes in that time and most of them felt horrific on my feet because of how narrow they were designed. The ascent has a wider toe box so my toes move naturally yet the rest of the shoe is designed normal which keeps the feet nice and secure!

David Ames here. So far so good. My achilles has been problematic over the past few months and I'm seeing a Physical Therapist to get it back in shape so the sneakers arrived at just the right time. My mileage isn't where it was before the achilles problem but at least the sneakers are helping me get back out there.

I was kind of unsure about the size, because I usually wear a 10.5, but the 11 seems to be working. The stack height, cushioning and foot shape are awesome.

Like I said, so far so good. I just hope my achilles behaves.

These shoes have raised the bar! I had both of my knees replaced in 2022 and the right shoes became a necessity. Altra was the closest to all day comfort and support I could find , but these outdo them, hands down! I’ll be a customer for life .

I knew when I seen them I had to have them. Great look to them and will motivate me to start my fitness/running journey. Today was my first walk/run session and I really like them.

I have only run in them twice and have a very different ride. I have a wide foot and a slightly elevated arch. I like the heal cup but the shoe tongue needs to be wider to cover side to side. I walk a lot as well a this shoe leans strongly towards running vs walking. I would pick a different shoe for walking. Could be the drop favors running. If you decide to make a 2e shoe widen the midfoot and keep the toe box the same as 1/2 size up. Keep the heal cup the same size as 1/2 size up. I’m going to continue running in these shoes in my weekly rotation to see how they work over time.

I’ve taken them on four runs so far and I’m and really happy to say they are some of the best pair of shoes I’ve ever run in. Plan on purchasing another pair soon to have

Love the feel of them on the run, but they don’t look like they’ll last very long. Very obvious sole wear after only one run. So that is very disappointing.

Recovering from an extremely serious Achilles surgery with a tendon transfer in December of 2025, these sneakers have helped in the early phases of getting back to running.

For the most part, not bad. Hoping the stiffness relaxes a bit more, kind of a pain to put on when you’re used to just slipping into your old kicks. I like the springiness when walking.

Felt comfortable. I’m getting used to the drop, but they are perfect for a big guy (6-1, 225)

I'm a bit disappointed, though. After 40 miles they are showing a tendency to pronate my feet. Maybe the toe box is TOO big?

Let me start by saying that I’ve used quite a few brands over the years but these are exceptional. I told my wife that you can tell they were designed by someone who really runs and understands where other shoes have come up short.

I recently spent $200 on shoes from a local running store that only gave me blisters - not these, however! Next pay check I’ll be buying another pair to rotate for my runs - unless you want to sponsor me lol.

Ran 5 with them. I was getting pain on the outside of both feet, near the front middle on the sides, if that makes sense. I'm hoping the pain goes away when the material is stretched out. Unfortunately, Veloci doesn't have a good return policy, you can only return or exchange if you haven't worn them. Other running companies let you try them out for 30-90 days. If I saw the policy first, I would not have bought them.

I just ordered the fifth pair within the space of 3 months. That shows how much I love the sustainability, the comfort,the stability,the beauty, the peace that comes from this outfit.

It relieves back pain,waist pain and won't feel those tingling sensation that comes from long standing.

I think I am the highest single individual to have ordered 5 pairs just for a personal use , and that shows how much I love those shoe

I'm glad to have gotten those. I will definitely buy more if other color choices emerges .

I like the shoes a lot , second pair that I own. I did paint them gold to wear in a few Mardi Gras parades.

This shoe is insanely comfortable and the space in the toe box makes all the difference. I was dealing with knee foot pain the week leading up to my half marathon and wore this on race day and didn’t have an issue. 10/10 recommend.

So far these have been my go to shoes. The half sizing up was perfect for me. As I normally wear a 11 1/2 EE or a 12 D. The toe box is perfect. Perfect toe spread for my wide feet. And also great for my high instep. Never felt so comfortable in a new pair of shoes out the box. It’s like I have new feet. I’ve put in over 50 miles now. And no wear on them at all yet. Most Road and sidewalk wear. The lock in is great too. Hugsmy heel. An the way the lace up is. Feels like a high top lock in. But without the high top ankle hug. Definitely going to get a second pair no questions asked. These guys are doing shoes right. I’m older with a knee surgery and degenerative disc disease. Can say my knee has had no issues. And back pain has not flared up. Like in some of my other shoes. Didn’t think a shoes could make such a difference. Price seem reasonable for the product. The box they come in is top tier. Felt like I was unboxing a shoe twice the price. I have high end boots don’t come in such a nice box. Hope they make a pair in the same color as that dark green box’s. It’s so luxurious.

As a Registered Nurse, I've used different shoes,but this Veloci ascent is one of the best . I recommend this shoe for medical professionals,and those that requires long standing in their various places of work. This footwear will give you the stability you need.

Best and most comfortable-tennis shoes I’ve ever worn. The price for me is a bit high. But overall best shoes ever!!!
